Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your MoneyAI account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to hello@mobileaiexpense.com from your registered account email address.
  2. Use subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the Google account email used for MoneyAI sign-in.
  4. Optionally specify whether you want full deletion or only Gmail disconnection.

What Gets Deleted

  • Account profile details (email, name, avatar reference).
  • Transactions and subscription records tied to your account.
  • Connected Gmail account records, encrypted Gmail tokens, and stored receipt entries.
  • Active entitlements not required for legal or billing record retention.

What May Be Retained

  • Minimal billing and audit records required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
  • Security logs retained for a limited compliance period.

Timeline

We target completion of verified deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations, security review needs, and technical constraints.

In-App Alternatives

  • You can disconnect Gmail accounts in the app at any time.
  • You can remove individual transactions and subscription entries directly in the app.
