You can request deletion of your Mobile AI Expense account and associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to [support@mobileaiexpense.com] from your registered account email.
- Use subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your Google account email used in MoneyAI sign-in.
- Optionally specify whether you want full deletion or only Gmail disconnection.
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile details (email, name, avatar reference).
- Transactions and subscription records tied to your account.
- Connected Gmail account records and stored receipt entries.
- Active entitlements not required for legal or billing record retention.
What May Be Retained
- Minimal billing and audit records required by law, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
- Security logs retained for a limited compliance period.
Timeline
We target completion of verified deletion requests within [7-30] days, depending on legal and technical constraints.
