• Personal info: email address, profile name, and profile image from Google Sign-In.
• Financial info you provide: transactions, subscription records, notes, categories, and dates.
• App activity: feature usage and sync status needed for product operation and reliability.
• Optional Gmail integration data: connected Gmail address and receipt-derived metadata.
• Audio data (microphone): voice entries are captured for transcription when you use voice input.
• Purchase info: plan, order/payment references, and entitlement status for premium access.

We do not sell personal data. We share required data with processors that enable core functionality, including authentication, AI transcription/parsing, Gmail API integration, and payment processing.

• Data is encrypted in transit in production environments (HTTPS).
• Sensitive OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest on the server.
• Auth session tokens are stored in secure device storage where available.
• Rate limiting and access controls are used to reduce abuse risk.

• Gmail sync is optional and can be disconnected inside the app.
• Microphone and notification permissions are optional and can be revoked in system settings.
• You can request account and data deletion through our deletion flow.
