Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using MoneyAI services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MoneyAI provides personal finance features including Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In account access, transaction tracking, subscription management, optional Gmail-based receipt detection, optional voice entry, and premium features.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• An authenticated account is required because financial records and related features are stored and synchronized by account.
• We may suspend access if misuse, fraud, or security risks are detected.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service abuse.
• Do not use MoneyAI for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Do not interfere with app integrity, performance, or security controls.

• Premium plans are offered on recurring or fixed terms as displayed before purchase.
• iOS subscriptions are processed through your Apple ID and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel an iOS subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting your MoneyAI account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
• Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
• Other payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the payment provider's rules and local law.
• Premium access may be revoked for chargebacks, refunds, abuse, or payment failure.

Gmail integration is optional. By enabling it, you authorize MoneyAI to request read-only access to data necessary to identify receipt-like emails and present extracted entries for your review. You can disconnect Gmail at any time in the app.

Optional voice transcription, expense parsing, insight, and selected receipt-import features are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing financial entries before relying on them.

Before using an AI feature, MoneyAI asks for permission to send the text, audio, insight question, receipt, image, document, or URL you select to OpenAI for processing. You may decline and continue using manual expense entry, or withdraw that permission later in Settings under Privacy & AI.

Gmail or other Google Workspace API data is not used to train generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models.

MoneyAI and its content, branding, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

MoneyAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is not legal, tax, audit, accounting, or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from service use.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal compliance requirements, or security reasons.

You may permanently delete your MoneyAI account from Settings in the app. Account deletion removes associated data from active systems, subject to limited legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and security retention obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating MoneyAI, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Any dispute will be handled in the courts with competent jurisdiction over that entity, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
