By accessing or using MoneyAI services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MoneyAI provides personal finance features including transaction tracking, subscription management, optional Gmail-based receipt detection, voice entry, and premium features.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend access if misuse, fraud, or security risks are detected.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service abuse.
• Do not use MoneyAI for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Do not interfere with app integrity, performance, or security controls.

• Premium plans are offered on recurring or fixed terms as displayed at purchase time.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Razorpay).
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to payment provider and local law.
• Premium access may be revoked for chargebacks, refunds, abuse, or payment failure.

Gmail integration is optional. By enabling it, you authorize MoneyAI to access data necessary to identify receipt-like emails and present extracted entries. You can disconnect Gmail at any time in the app.

Voice transcription and parsing features are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing financial entries before relying on them.

MoneyAI and its content, branding, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

MoneyAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is not legal, tax, audit, accounting, or investment advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from service use.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal compliance requirements, or security reasons.
